Ron embraces his role dedicated to enhanced productivity and efficiency in all areas of revenue cycle management (RCM).
Throughout his 35-year career, Ron has demonstrated remarkable proficiency in various RCM areas, including financial analysis, patient access, billing, accounts receivable assessment, denial management, training, and quality management. He has a proven track record of implementing effective solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Prior to joining Fellow Health Partners, Ron served as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care, where he led a successful turnaround project to automate revenue cycle processes and improve efficiency. He also held senior leadership positions at Steward Health Care, a $5 billion hospital chain.
