Revenue Cycle Associate

Primary Responsibilities

  • Patient Claim Coordination duties (patient contact, Insurance company contact, managing accounts receivable)
  • Administration duties (adhering to all relevant protocols and company policies and procedures, interdepartmental communications)
  • Professional Development duties (staying current with all relevant knowledge understanding and skills required for the job, attending skill building workshops, doing own performance review)


Skills / Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and implement verbal and written direction as directed
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 or higher
  • Required manual dexterity for using a calculator, computer keyboard and capturing information in writing


  • 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management process
  • Experience in claim status, denial management and follow up
  • Strong background in Motor Vehicle/Workers’ Compensation and/or Commercial insurance a plus.
  • Knowledge of EHR systems and medical coding is preferred
