Today, Fellow Health Partners – a premier Medical Business Solutions company – announced promotions, new hires, and a corporate re-focus to better serve its growing client base of large medical practices and Ambulatory Service Centers.
CEO Michael N. Brown said, “As the healthcare business begins to normalize coming out of the pandemic, there is an increase in demand for more cost-effective and results-oriented revenue cycle processes and analytics. This need has accelerated the growth we were already experiencing during the past two years allowing us to internally promote, develop and recruit members to our organization. As part of our expansion, we have been adding staff and curriculum at our in-house training center, Knowledge College™. We have welcomed several new premier surgical groups, surgery centers and healthcare systems and we expect more over the next couple of months.”
As part of the re-focus, Peter Yoo, who started at Fellow Health Partners in late 2021, will move into his role as Executive Director of Finance and Operations in the new structure.
Director of Revenue Cycle, Emma O’Reilly will shift her focus to company-wide oversight of Charge Entry and Payment Departments. Former Director of our Surgical Division, Alexandra Stephens will join our client relations team, working closely with Amy Furey, bringing additional technical expertise to further assist practices in optimizing operations.
Additionally, we have added another experienced executive to our director ranks, Anella Basile. As a Director of Revenue Cycle, Anella will have global oversight over client AR Departments. She comes to us from Jaznus Ltd., with over a decade of advanced AR process remediation and automation.
Peter Yoo added, “We have been able to attract some excellent talent to complement our strong team. We are also thrilled that Sue Emptage has agreed to fill the role of Executive Consultant to support our expansion with her knowledge and experience.”
Michael N. Brown, adding, “To maintain our peak technical skills, long time employee Michael Huneault will be another addition to our training department at our in-house training center, Knowledge College™, bringing advanced knowledge of Spine and Orthopedic billing, coding and associated systems.
As part of the re-focus, we have further increased our specialty knowledge base by dedicating revenue cycle managers to core specialties. With this, we have added 4 experienced members to our AR Specialty Manager ranks: Elisha Jones, CPC, Stephanie Lee, CPC, Helen Kyriannis, and Margaret Liverano, CPC.
